I've been on both sides of the table.

As a former NFL cheerleader, captain and sought-after judge and choreographer with over 25 years of professional experience - I've worn the boots, and most importantly, I've seen talent that goes beyond sideline performances. I've seen the type of leaders in action that college and professional cheerleaders and dancers bring to their teams, schools, and organizations. Dedication, time and training build trust in real life, that gets amplified online with authenticity.

In a rhinestone world of shine without substance, our roster are true diamonds with leadership forged over time.

As a Sports Business MBA, I dove into a career on the brand side, launching new products to market, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns - even Super Bowl ad campaigns that reached millions and meant make it or break it success for our brand. 

Now, I'm the founder of Winning Collabs Agency, and I have the privilege of bringing both sides together for win-win collaborations. I bring together a vetted roster of cheerleaders and dancers with college and pro experience, to work with growing brands to create campaigns that feel like fandom - not an ad.

 My approach? No guesswork. Just a structured, streamlined process to pair you with brand deals that put YOU in control of your personal brand journey.

+ HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

It's completely FREE! We help cheer & dance athletes build real brand partnerships that feel lightweight and FUN. There is no cost to join our roster. Build your personal brand portfolio, and have fun sharing & discovering new products and experiences near you.

+ DO I NEED A BIG FOLLOWING?

No—Local trust and engagement matters more than follower count. Winning Collabs roster members typically have between 1,000 - 10,000+ active, engaged followers. However, we also work with athletes who have a few hundred and are currently active on social media and looking to grow.

+ WHAT KIND OF PERKS DO I GET?

Perks can take the shape of free product, hosted experiences, free services or gift cards to cover the cost of a retail purchase, and then some. We ensure each campaign offers a perk with real value. We want you to be excited about each collab, and our brands extend great perks as compensation.

+ WHEN I SIGN UP FOR A CAMPAIGN, HOW FAST DO I GET MY PERK?

Once you express interest in a campaign, we send you an email to confirm you've been selected along with details for participation. Once confirmed, we send you product or a perk (gift card) with instructions. It's important to express interest in campaigns and only accept them if you can fulfill the requirements within the timeline.

+ DO YOU OFFER TRAINING?

We offer free training sessions for our roster each month. Sessions focus on creating engaging content, how to build a compelling personal brand, best practices in partnerships and more insights from campaigns and trending content. 

In addition, we provide tools & guidance (but not legal or tax advice) for our roster on how to track and retain campaign documentation for annual tax reporting. All sessions are optional, hosted virtually, and at no cost for any of our roster members.

+ IS THIS NCAA COMPLIANT?

Yes. The NCAA does not classify cheerleaders and dance teams as student athletes, and they are not governed by NCAA and NILGo/CSC rulings, at this time. You are signing up as an individual, not a representative of your school, athletic team, or organization. In addition, clear disclosures and standard compliance is built into every campaign for online promotions and ad campaigns.
